"Evaluate" - Objectives and Evaluation Phase
- Initial consultation with each client to discuss the personal and financial objectives of their customized financial survival plan.
- Comprehensive and detailed financial analysis of each client’s personal and business balance sheet, income statement and cash flow, including creation of pro-forma financial projections and stress tests.
- Thorough review of each client’s assets (including real property and tangible and intangible business and personal property) and liabilities (including secured and unsecured debt obligations, personal guarantees and contractual obligations of all types).
"Organize" - Organization and Coordination Phase
- Appoint a Covendium Client Solutions Team Leader to oversee, coordinate and serve as the communications point person dedicated to each client.
- Coordinate with each client’s professional advisors (principally legal counsel at this stage) to understand the current performance status of each major asset and liability. Recommend supplementary professional advisors where warranted.
- Make contact with each major creditor and financial counterparty to direct all future communications relating to each such liability to Covendium. Attempt to minimize and contain credit reporting impact of past and future client performance events.
- Compile current market valuation data on each major asset and liability.
"Restructure" - Financial Restructuring Plan Phase
- Develop a customized restructuring solution for each major liability and contractual obligation and support the case for each with a detailed package of financial analytics and valuation support.
- Create a master restructuring plan with enough flexibility to accommodate the variability of results achieved on each separate restructuring solution.
- Coordinate with client’s professional advisors to ensure that the master restructuring plan is optimized from a general legal, bankruptcy law, tax and accounting perspective.
- Dynamically monitor and adjust the master restructuring plan as needed depending on success of each separate restructuring plan.

"Implementation" - Restructuring Plan Implementation Phase
- Engage each major creditor and contract counterparty in a direct active dialogue to negotiate each separate restructuring solution. This process will include telephone contact, exchange of supporting data and materials via email and overnight delivery service and may include face-to-face meetings and presentations where warranted.
- Oversight of documentation memorializing each resolution solution in coordination with each client’s professional advisors where required.
- Communicate and consult actively with each client (and their professional advisors where warranted) on the success of each restructuring solution, the status of the master restructuring plan and proposed changes to the plan as required.
"Legacy" - Protecting Your Legacy Phase
- As the implementation of the master restructuring plan is finalized, Covendium stands ready to coordinate with each client’s professional advisors to create a detailed plan designed to ensure that the client will not need another restructuring plan in the future.
